Technology is revolutionizing the way in which our students are learning. The law is continually evolving and struggling to keep pace with these rapid changes. This online course will provide participants with an understanding of instructional technology and the law. Such topics will include cybercitizenship, internet safety, sexting, cyberbullying, freedom of speech, privacy, plagiarism, and copyright, and as they relate to the use of technology in and out of the K-12 classroom.
