HPD 112 uses a holistic approach to fitness and wellness and emphasizes topics of interest to adult women and men with life experience beyond the traditional college-age population. The content of the course attempts to help us value the integration of our physical, psychological, social, and spiritual selves and to make a commitment to healthful behavior change. This course is not intended for traditional students of any level, it is intended only for adult non-traditional students that need to meet the general education requirement.
