This Saturday, September 9th, a certificate within the Adobe Connect meeting code will expire. All Adobe Connect customers will be affected (administrators, instructors, students) and will be unable to join any meetings using the current Connect Add-in. You can read more about the change here: https://blogs.adobe.com/connectsupport/unable-to-join-adobe-connect-sessions-in-the-connect-add-in-after-september-9th-2017/.
Please download the updated Adobe Connect Add-in for Adobe Connect 9 (for both Mac and Windows) here: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html.
If the update is not completed prior to September 8th, all users will be forced to update the Connect Add-in when:
- trying to start or join an Adobe Connect meeting for first time and have an older version of the Add-in installed.
- trying to start screen sharing, application sharing, or share PowerPoint (PPTX format) files, and don’t have the latest version of the Add-in installed
